Nano-web
While a Penitatas is physically a child, and their reactions will tend towards immaturity, some courts have recently decided that it is desirable to enhance the felon's childish side, especially during hard time. This has led to the use of nano-web technology. A nano-web is a network of interconnected nanoprocessors, each smaller than a cell, which can be used to carefully enhance and modify emotional and physical reactions. It forces the felon's mind-set into a more childish and malleable form. The felon finds him or her-self reacting to their experiences as a child, emotionally, and not as the adult they had been. So far the results have been very promising.

The Rejuve Universe have devices that will induce delta waves in their subjects causing them to falling asleep.

Delta-inducers
    This device is commonly found in the headboards of beds, safe enough not to cause dependency that can used with children.

Delta-rays arms
    These devices are a weaponized versions of the technology that will produce conic fields which lose intensity with range which result in shorter ranges the equivalent powered laser weapons. Though as fully non-lethal weapon dent to be less regulated than even technologies like tazers, but such regulation will depend upon the world in question.

Pain-ties,Bee-riefs and Pain-pers
 
Essentially the same thing, Pain-ties and bee-riefs are cotton under made respectively for young girls and young boys that are intentionally uncomfortable to wear. Looking very similar, with the exception of extra space in the front of the bee-riefs and some versions of pain-ties have frills, both types of underwear are designed to have loose threads stitched into the section of cloth covering the bottoms. These long threads (called biters) rub against the buttocks while the wearer moves. Only mildly uncomfortable on an un-spanked bottom, they can scratch and sting a well spanked bottom.

Level I
    Low density of threads, Thin, they resemble regular plain yellow cotton panties/briefs.
Level II
    Twice as many biters as level one, pink (blue for boys) covered in a pattern of small hairbrushes and paddles.
Level III
    Same number of biters as level two but longer. White with a pattern of rosy red bare bottoms on it.
Level IV
    Designed like boxer-briefs with level 3 biters on the area covering the back of the thighs. Depicts a well spanked bare bottom painted right over the appropriate areas.






Nappies or Diapers


Perhaps the oldest form of embarrassment, Nappies or Diapers are an absorbent form of underwear that is typically used on infants and toddlers who have yet to gain control over their bladders or bowels.

Some can even have childish designs on the bottom and by forcing the child to wear Punishment clothes it is possible to draw full attention to the fact the child is wearing them and to increase the embarrassment as much as possible
